Our Spring Concert has been moved to SPHS! Please have your child arrive by 5:30pm for dress rehearsal. The concert will start at 7:00pm.

Varsity Choir Information 2025-26
First Rehearsal: Monday, September 15th, 4:15pm-6:00pm, SPMS Chorus Room
Regular Rehearsal Schedule: Mondays, 4:15pm-6:00pm
Mandatory Parent Meeting: Monday, September 15th, 6:00pm, SPMS Chorus Room
Who Can Audition? Any interested chorus student (6-8th grade). Must be registered in a chorus class.
Max Number of Singers: Depends on several factors but generally around 40 singers are invited to join.
Voicing: Depending on how many singers of each voice part successfully audition, Varsity Choir may be a mixed choir (SAB) or a treble choir (SSA).
Fees: Mandatory Spartan Lyrical Society Membership fee ($25 per family), plus Varsity Choir Participation Fee ($115 per singer) to cover uniform rental, dry-cleaning, custom t-shirt, beatboxing workshop, and end of year party. Confidential need-based fee waiver applications are available here.
Fundraisers: We hold various Varsity Choir fundraisers throughout the school year, and all VC members are expected to help out. Other fundraisers include restaurant nights.
